CAMILLA engaged 1800 Projects as a long-term production partner to deliver premium retail environments and flawless seasonal campaign rollouts across its Australian boutique network and expanding U.S. footprint. The objective is to consistently translate CAMILLA’s richly detailed brand world into physical spaces—at scale, across continents, and without compromise.
The Challenge
Luxury retail demands absolute precision, colour accuracy, and finish quality—often delivered to immovable deadlines. CAMILLA’s stores are highly bespoke, with each location reflecting a unique spatial concept while maintaining global brand consistency. Seasonal campaigns must launch simultaneously across up to 36 stores, frequently requiring overnight installations, international logistics, and coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Our Solution
As a fully integrated production partner, 1800 Projects works shoulder-to-shoulder with CAMILLA’s building team, designers, visual merchandisers, and shopfitters. For new stores and refurbishments, we deliver custom-made visual elements including externally printed timber panels that replicate intricate tile patterns, bespoke interior wallpapers, and premium, high-durability finishes engineered for luxury retail environments.
Each season, we manage the end-to-end rollout of CAMILLA’s globally recognised campaigns. This includes creative production of all campaign elements, fabrication of custom props and oversized display pieces, colour-critical printing and finishing, national and international distribution, and synchronised overnight installations to ensure every store reveals the new season at the same moment. We also manage campaign removal and recycling to support operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
